Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on where you are. The best way to calculate the shipping cost is to add the product to your shopping cart. At checkout, you can input your shipping address without entering any billing information.

Items that are shipped internationally might include extra fees like customs, VAT, and other clearance fees that are charged by the post office upon receiving the ordered items. Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of duties imposed by your local government.

How long does it take for my order to reach fulfillment?

So far we've processed over 10000 orders across the world and already have stock in the US and Europe. If you're from one of these regions, we will send out your order within 3-5 working days from the purchase date.

At the same time, we are working hard to process all South & North America orders outside the US and Canada. You can expect to receive your Boost Fin in the next 2-3 weeks. Shortly after that, we'll be sending out shipments to Australia and Japan to cover the remaining orders there. We will reach out to you via email right before we ship to confirm your address one last time.

Just a heads up, there are a couple of reasons why your order might be slightly delayed:

  • If you ordered a black fin, it won't be available for another 4 months. We've sent an email to each of you asking if you'd like to change the color, but it's possible that it ended up in your spam folder.
  • In some cases, we might need additional details from you, such as your address or phone number. We want to make sure your fin goes to the right place after this long wait, so we are reaching out to each of you via email.

Please know that our small team is working 24/7 and get them out as quickly as possible. We know you're super excited about your order, and we really appreciate your patience during this final phase.
