Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide via UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on where you are. Our warehouses are located in Europe (Latvia) and the USA (California).

How much is the shipping cost?

The best way to calculate the shipping cost is to add the product to your shopping cart. At checkout, you can input your shipping address without entering any billing information.

Items that are shipped internationally might include extra fees like customs, VAT, and other clearance fees that are charged by the post office upon receiving the ordered items.

Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of duties imposed by your local government.

How long does it take for my order to reach fulfillment?

Shipment tracking typically takes 2-4 working days to update. We will notify you as soon as your tracking number becomes available.

Please be sure to check your promotions, spam or junk mail folders for the tracking updates.

Once your order hits the road, standard shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days for delivery. During the Holidays the estimated shipping window is extended to approximately 5-10 business days.

What can I do to facilitate the delivery?

We strongly recommend that you check your house number. It should be seen and appear both at the street (curb or mailbox) and on the house entry (front door) and then give specific delivery instructions in the address field when placing an order (like: leave it in the back yard).

Make sure that you or someone from your family is at home the day the parcel is set to arrive.

Signature required
