Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may return your items and accessories within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. To start a return, please contact us at [email protected].
1. Defect-free items
1.1 Fully packed, unused items
- Must be unused and in original, unopened packaging. Please provide us with the photo of the items you are going to send back at [email protected].
- Eligible for a refund minus a 7% restocking fee and any original shipping fees.
- We arrange collection through a return label, and deduct the cost from the refund.
1.2 Unpacked, components missed or used
- Items that have been opened, partially used, or have missing components (e.g., Boost Fins that have been ridden) incur a 20% restocking fee. We arrange collection through a return label, and deduct the cost from the refund.
- These items are resold as manufacturer refurbished, and additional fees may apply based on condition. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. Please provide us with the photo of the items you are going to send back at [email protected].
- Items that are damaged or unsellable due to customer use may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Items that arrived damaged (warranty issues)
If you receive a product and after opening you find it damaged or suspect any fault after riding with the device, the warranty issue should be raised at [email protected] within 1 year (USA) and 2 years (Europe) from the date of the delivery. Please also refer to this article devoted to warranty cases.
2.1 Repair/replacement requested
- If the product arrives damaged or defective, and you choose to have the unit and/or components replaced or repaired, we will coordinate repair services under our warranty terms.
- You must adequately package the item for safe return. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. Please provide us with the photo of the items you are going to send back at [email protected].
- If the original packaging is no longer available, please use any suitable-sized box and notify us via email.
2.2 Refusal to repair/replace – return & refund requested
- If you decline repair and request a refund instead, the item must still be returned to us. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. Please provide us with the photo of the items you are going to send back at [email protected].
- Once we receive the product and confirm the issue, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs for return are not covered unless explicitly agreed upon.

- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for:
- Items that are damaged beyond warranty terms
- Unsellable items due to misuse
