We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we only accept unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
A 7% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for unused items, as well as any shipping fees. For returns of Boost Fins that have been ridden, a restocking fee of $100 will be charged, as we must reassemble and sell them as manufacturer refurbished.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any damaged or unsellable items, or for items lost or stolen during transit. If this happens, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return. If a product is being returned due to a defect, and the original packaging is damaged or destroyed, you must ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment back to us.
If you choose to cancel and return your order, we do not refund postage or courier costs. In such circumstances, customers must either pay to return the goods to us or allow us to collect the goods from them, subject to deducting the cost of collection from their refund.
